Two centuries of commitment to the training of forestry managers and forestry research in France and abroad. Come and celebrate with us this exceptional anniversary, which highlights the heritage and future of an institution that has left its mark on France and far beyond.
February 2025: Participation in the International Agricultural Show (SIA)
AgroParisTech will offer an immersive stand on the theme of water and forests, with sensory experiences and educational activities to raise public awareness of the richness of French forests.
21 March 2025 (date to be confirmed): International Day of Forests
March 21 is International Forest Day. Initiated by the UN, this day is an opportunity to celebrate forests in all their diversity, and to raise awareness of the importance of different types of forest. To mark the occasion, AgroParisTech is launching a photo competition on the theme of “The forest and me”. Submit your best shots before September 28, 2025 and you could be in with a chance of winning a prize.
20 and 21 September 2025 (date to be confirmed): Heritage Days
As part of the Heritage Days, discover the Nancy campus during guided tours of the campus, lectures, games and scientific demonstrations on forestry issues.
November 2025 (date to be confirmed): Closing symposium
This bicentenary will be brought to a fitting close with a symposium on the theme of “The forestry engineer of the future”, featuring contributions from international experts and students.
